Bridge Street is a vibrant and iconic area on Anna Maria Island, known for its lively atmosphere and charming coastal vibes that derive from the local restaurants, boutiques, locally themed Putt-Putt course, and shops you can find here. Enjoy fishing? Walk down to the pier where you can pick up bait and enjoy fishing at the end of the pier! Looking for something fun and exciting to do, book one of the amazing excursions operating out of the Bradenton Beach Marina.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor that leads to a balcony and steps away from the shared heated pool. When walking into the property you will immediately feel the vibe of a comfy beach vacation that you are soon to enjoy. The home offers an open space that blends functionality with relaxation as you can cook all the meals you enjoy at home on the new stainless-steel appliances while still catching your favorite shows on the mounted Smart TV, once you are done cooking you can kick back and relax on the couch without missing a beat. A community grill is also available on the pool deck for your use as well as shared coin-operated laundry facility.

The bedroom is just past the kitchen and offers a King-sized bed, Smart TV, beauty mirror, and bathroom with shower/tub combo. From the bedroom you will also have direct access to a balcony that overlooks the shared pool space. This pool space, while shared, is still very private as it is only accessible to guests staying in the building, totaling only 5 units counting this one!

*Community Pool is Heated in the Winter Months.
*Pool heater is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"Great place! Selling point in this listing were the close proximity(<10 min walk!) to the beach, Bridge St pier and tons of restaurants, full kitchen, free parking spot and beach gear available at the unit. The place is just as listed-small but all you need for a perfect vacation! Utility wagon for hauling things to the beach was a huge plus. The place was spotless on our arrival. Nearby beaches were pristine and very close to trolley stop which runs the whole island. We were able to take advantage of all the shops and restaurants on bridge st pier. Location is safe-Bradenton Beach police station is right down the street so patrol cars would drive by frequently so we felt very safe. Area in general is very peaceful! overall would stay here again!

"It was the perfect destination for a Mother's Day getaway. Although we live in Bradenton, we don't always take the time to enjoy the beautiful Anna Maria Island, and this trip was a wonderful way to appreciate it! The location provided a short walk to the beach, local shops, an ice cream parlor, and several restaurants, offering plenty of family fun!

"We've stayed on the island many times and this has got to be my favourite location.Walkable to bridge street with restaurants, boat trips and shops. More importantly walkable to a beach! The condo has everything you need for the beach too.. a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The condo itself was spotless, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside and there is a kids playground across the street. The shared pool is well kept and everyone respected the area. I'm already looking for dates we can return!

"Definitely the best airbnb ever !! The place is 2 minutes walking distance from the beautiful clear beach, they provide the umbrella 4 nice beaches chairs and the wagon a lot of other things than your need for a beach day. The swimming pool was so clean and enjoyable. Place from inside cozy, clean and everything brand new ! I will recommend this airbnb to everyone !! Last but not least our host Albert he was amazing and answered our questions so quickly. We definitely will come back !
