This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Downtown Bradenton sleeps 9 and is in great proximity to many different restaurants and attractions. Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are also a short drive from local groceries, shopping, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving to the property you instantly notice the tropical fauna and modern yet historical design of the home. When first walking into the home you will be greeted by amazing tile floors leading you into the spacious open floorplan of the bottom floor. Here you can keep yourself entertained in the living room, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room, or relax on the patio through the french doors! Going past all of that, you will find a kitchen stocked with everything you will need to make all of your favorite homemade dishes! Through here you can get to the back of the house where you will enter a lovely den that opens out to an amazing pool deck/patio area with a covered cabana that will make you feel like you are at a luxury resort!

When making your way out to the tropical oasis in the back, you will notice that there is plenty of seating available both with and without shade for you and your guests to relax as you please. Back here you can also find a BBQ and a couple of tables which combine perfectly for a backyard bbq by the pool or under the cabana where there are 2 50-inch TVs for the whole family to enjoy! (The pool can be heated for an additional fee, inquire for more info.) You also have a shower in the back to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on a boat.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? 3 of the bedrooms are on the first floor with the 4th bedroom being a private getaway upstairs. The master is located just to the right of the front door once inside, it offers a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom. The next two bedrooms are following the right side of the house towards the back. Both offer queen size beds. The bedroom right across from the stairs offers a smart tv while the bedroom in back of the house offers a great view of the pool. The bedroom upstairs is accompanied by a bonus room with a TV that can be separated from the rest of the upstairs by closing the doors.

Take a short walk down to the Riverwalk and see all the great views it has to offer or drive just a few minutes to De Soto National Memorial Park where you can learn some great historical facts while enjoying stunning views of nature and the famous Skyway Bridge. Looking to head to the beach? The sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island are only 10 miles away!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"Beautiful place within walking distance of bars/restaurants. Had a great time relaxing in the back yard/pool. The only slight downside is the AC cannot be turned below 72 without freezing the unit (per the note on thermostat). The upstairs loft area was rather warm. Not a deal killer - as we brought fans upstairs.

"My 3 kids absolutely loved the place, private pool with an amazing cabana area perfect for hanging out. The loft/upstairs was their own little private play area that came with toys, stuffed animals and games. The master bedroom was spacious and relaxing, perfect for me and my husband to get away. We were able to walk to downtown and the river walk, stoping at Corwin’s ice cream where we had delicious smoothies. The neighborhood was peaceful and right by the manatee river. The kitchen was great to cook in, which came with a gas stove, with a nice sunny table to sit drink coffee and eat breakfast.

Minutes to Downtown and the Beach- Great Value

"Very nice house, plenty of parking beautiful landscaping. We were there for work with multiple vehicles and parking was no problem in the big driveway. There were no issues during our stay. We hope to stay again for our next work trip.For families the house is large and fully equipped for a great Florida vacation with beautiful pool and tons of beach toys.The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that there was a very long rental contract sent in a separate email that you have to sign and initial MANY times about the house being old and you will be responsible for plumbing problems etc. It kind of stressed me out before the trip even started, but everything went fine and we would definitely stay again.

"We just returned from a magical week at a vacation rental in Bradenton, FL, and it was nothing short of incredible! The location was absolutely perfect. The house itself was fantastic. The house was very spacious, cozy, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It provided the perfect home base for our beach adventures, with plenty of space for our family/group to relax and unwind. The kids enjoyed the amenities such as the private pools and balcony. One recommendation I would add is maybe treat the patio area for mosquitoes. If you're looking for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation in Bradenton, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental property.

"Better than the pictures! We loved having our own pool and the cabana with the TVs is so nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was clean and pretty. We have 3 elementary school aged kids and this house was perfect with extra rooms to spare.

"This home was super clean, private and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions about the property. Just make sure to bring hair dryer. The debris in the pool (rain storm) stopped us from utilizing this amenity but I am sure if we asked, they would have had it cleaned. Thanks for a great week- we will certainly rent this home again. "We all enjoyed our stay at your lovely Bella Villa. Great house, pool and cabana. The kitchen was fully equipped. I would highly recommend it. A few items to address. The upstairs loft full bed was not useable for two adults. It was very hard and too small. We picked up a couple of air mattresses for them and left them for you in the closet. Would suggest it be replaced with a queen bed. Also there were no dressers for the clothes in the loft and the back bedroom on the first floor. We were there for two weeks and had a good amount of clothes. Thank you for getting the pool cleaned out by our second afternoon. And thank you for the dinner gift certificate when the sink was clogged. The back first floor bedroom closet door needs the top screw tightened. Loved the location near the river, nice homes and walking distance to coffee etc. The house was very charming and enjoyed by all.
