Waking up to a view of the coast with your morning cup of coffee is quite an amazing feeling!

Welcome, too Sea Site Retreat Unit A! Pinpointed just across the street from the bright blue waters of the glistening Gulf; this home features 3 levels sleeping, 8 vacationers! Being just off the coast of Anna Maria you can find yourself within walking distance to anything you may need. The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for.

The first level is what elevates the home, The Garage is NOT Accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots available in front of the unit for parking. This home is section A of the Duplex putting you directly off Gulf Dr. The exterior has a fenced in side yard to store all your beach equipment and rinse off after a long day at the beach!

When entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home. Featuring the living room, kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The living room showcases a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie late night! The kitchen comes fully equipped for everything needed to make your favorite home cooked meal. The balcony offers lots of seating while enjoying the views of Island Life!

The upper deck is dedicated to the master bedroom as well as an outside patio that is out looking at the jubilant Anna Maria Island, a view that will always bring a smile! I know when I'm on vacation a view of the Gulf is what I would want to wake up too! Inside one of the master bedrooms closets you will find the washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean at your own convenience.

This home is located only minutes from shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals making it quite universal for any activity you plan to endure on your next Florida vacation. Head down to one of the many bars and restaurants such as Newly Constructed: Daiquiri Deck, offering full rooftop bar and food service most places on the island are family-friendly keeping most everything in access no matter what family dinner or the beachside date there is something for you.

"Great place just seconds from the beach! We arrived late (2 a.m.) from canceled fights and had trouble with the lock code. (User error) Someone answered my call immediately and got us right in. There’s beach supplies such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella and even towels, which were so convenient. I highly reccomend this place! Great stay!

"We had an amazing stay! The house and location were great. We had a couple of hiccups the first day. The WiFi and the AC wasn’t working. When I called the property manager jumped on it and it was addressed the next day. Luckily it was cool enough to open windows for the evening. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with room to spare. We throughly enjoyed the balcony and being a few steps from the beach. Place was overall clean, only issue we had was we found carpet staples everywhere but I assume it was from recent renovations. I think we picked most of them up, but just be cautious in the area overall as the island is still in recovery mode.

"Great location on Anna Maria Island! Short walk to the beach. 3/4 mile walk to the tiki hut. Close to free trolley stop. Hosts were communicative and responsive. House was clean and well kept with everything you could need in it. Would definitely stay here again when we visit.

"We had a lovely few days in this place. Everything was very clean. The bedrooms were good-sized with comfortable beds and nice closets. TVs and washer/dryer appear to be new. The living and kitchen area are a little small - 6 people would be tight. The location is outstanding, right next to the beach, if a little loud in the MBR due to traffic on the main road. My only complaint is the refrigerator, which has seen better days and probably needs to be replaced. Management was very responsive. Would certainly stay here again.

"We really appreciated the quick and helpful correspondence with the owner/manager. We had an issue with the beach chairs and Kristi promptly replaced of broken ones with brand new ones which was amazing! The place is very spacious and a great location to just walk across the street to the beach! The outside appearance was more weathered than we expected and some heavily rusted metal furniture in the yard/outside and the rust on the garage door and railings, but, we were happier when we entered. Thinking it’s the salt water air that does that? Overall we would say it was a “good +” experience and we would keep it in mind if we come to this area again.

Near the beach

"Very lovely home across the street from the beach and a short drive to modestly priced restaurants and a major grocery store. My daughter remarked that she didn't know how they got it so clean, because there was no sand anywhere. Lots of stairs, but they are indoors, well-lit, and carpeted. We loved the master suite with the big balcony, which has a separate access so anyone can use it. Thoughtful design.

"Our family of 6 loved our week at the beach. The setup was perfect for our needs. It was so nice to stay on the island and walk across the street instead of driving and looking for parking. We loved the sunsets each night. The free trolley came in handy for going to Bridge Street and we also rode it when we headed north to Poppo’s Tacos. We would definitely consider staying here again.
