*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"We had a great stay, the pool and spa heat wouldn’t turn on the first couple days we were there which really upended our original plans, but the company was quick to respond and eventually got someone out to fix it. They also did return the money we paid to heat it. So they were fair! We loved the house itself and used the other amenities to go to the beach the days it was nice! That was helpful to have those items for us to use. The area isn’t walkable to things, but is a nice location to drive from. I’d come back!

"We loved our stay here! The location can't be beat, about 15 minutes to Anna Maria Island. The back patio & pool area are beautiful and filled with plants - 100% private! Great sun all day for tanning & relaxing by the pool. The house was even better in person! Loved the basket full of pool towels, furniture outside, tanning chairs, etc. Pool toys need to be cleaned out as many were completely ripped up. The couch in the living room is super comfy for those movie nights after too much sun. All the bedrooms were super cute with lots of closet space and extra towels. One bathroom shower did have a lot of hair in it so they may want to mention this to the cleaning company - ick! Kitchen was pretty well equipt with things. Could use some tupperware for leftovers. Game room is a bit beat up from people not treating things with respect. Umbrellas were broken so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Overall amazing, just needs some things tossed/replaced. Would def rec & stay again!!

"Our family love, love, LOVED our stay here! The hosts were fabulous, the home was sparkling clean and super private for how close we actually were to the neighbors. The amenities were great and we all loved the games and game garage. The absolute best feature was the outside area- the pool, hot tub, and patio area- it was so fun, private, and the perfect place to relax! We were super close to shopping to get the things we needed for our stay and weren’t too far from the beaches. The house also has everything you would need to go to the beach which was super helpful because we didn’t have to pack it. If you are debating on this stay- don’t. Just book it!! You will not regret it!

Great Stay

"We were displaced from the hurricane and have one autistic toddler and the other son in a nearby private middle school. It was nice this place had basic things like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, cooking utensils and a place for me to plugin to the internet which my job requires. It was more child friendly than others with high mounted TVs, no cords hanging down, few breakable items to move out of the toddler's reach. A few glass items did have to be moved but not too bad. We appreciated all the empty storage space in the kitchen, closets. garage. It helps when there is plenty of space to store your own items for yourself and kids without getting things mixed up with theirs, so it was good they didn't pack all the space with their own items, just what is needed. We were missing measuring cups and spoons when we had to cook some recipes, so I would maybe suggest adding those items. Showers were tiny, but there is a heated jacuzzi in a screed in pool that keeps most bugs out.

"Place was beautiful ! The pool was the focal point for my kids we couldn’t get them out! Loved every second from when we arrived till the very end. Epically the blue lights on the pool. Home was very clean and the property manager very attentive. It is in a residential community neighbors did complain twice about the kids being a little to loud around 7-8 pm the ordinance isn’t till 10pm but other than that everything was amazing !! Well definitely book with them again

"We loved this property, very clean and spacious! All the amenities thoughtfully planned- furniture is all very comfortable, and the property is well maintained. There is plenty to do at the house itself and convenient to many attractions. Our family would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect spot for us to relax and be together with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is beautiful, and the overall layout of the home is perfect.

"This rental property was amazing ! Just a short 15 minute drive to AMI or 28 minutes to Siesta Keys . It was clean ,beautiful and had so many things for our children to do while at the house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! The beds were comfy ,the pool was so nice after a day spent on the beach ,and so many games available. We really enjoyed our stay here .

"Amazing beautiful home. The property lives up to its name it truly is an oasis. All the amentities were great and perfect for keeping a family entertained. Everything was so clean, beautifully decorated, and the landscaping was incredible. Drove from Indiana with a family of 6 and a 1 year old and I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation to spend our vacation in. The only downside was that there was no bath tub to bathe my baby in. Overall very happy with my stay and planning to stay again in the future. 5 stars!

"OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!! you guys!! this home its awsome!!! i recommended 100%. pool heater was amazing for me and the my boys. beds were comfortable and super spacious rooms. loved the floor plan. and long drive way to fit everyone's car!. decoration was to perfection. I will stay here again!
