This 4 bedroom 2 bath Key West style Pool home sleeps 8 comfortably and is situated in the exclusive Harbor Hills Community in NW Bradenton. Bring your boat with parking large enough for a 30ft boat and trailer on the left side of the house. The property is situated a short drive from the 59th st boat ramp which leads you out to the Manatee River. Bridge fishing is available just a half-mile from the house as well! Located in a prime location in Bradenton you are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you instantly notice the matured landscaping and well-appointed property. The driveway is large and has plenty of space for 2 vehicles as well as a boat/trailer. The inside of the property has tile throughout and has been furnished with comfortable options helping you fully relax during your stay! The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. Dining in--- the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv and a sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows or movies!

Off the back of the house, you have a screened-in lanai that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy a book or your morning cup of coffee. This area does have a smart tv as well. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool (The pool does not have a spa feature) encompassed by an even larger backyard! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge, inquire for more info) You also have an additional shower in the back as well to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on the boat.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The house has 3 bedrooms located on the right side of the house and 1 on the left side of the house. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom as well as the queen bedroom and twin beds are on the right side of the house. The additional Queen bed is on the left side of the house and also has a door that leads to the lanai.

Are you looking to explore the area and enjoy the outdoors? Take a short drive to the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson’s Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located about 2 miles from the house as well. Looking to head to the beach? This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, as well as a few local favorites like Joey Ds or Habeneros Mexican grill.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Their was more than enough room, and the highlight was the back yard/pool area. The pool was large enough to play in and lounge around. The location was close to family in the area and also convenient to the beach, Desoto monument, and Robinson preserve. We'll be back for sure!

Bradenton pool home

"Property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Pool surrounded by multiple palm trees is perfect for relaxation and spending quality time with family and friends. Patio furniture is comfortable and is in the shade. Only negatives are the 2 guest bedrooms are much hotter than the rest of the house so we had to buy fans because even the ceiling fans in those bedrooms weren't sufficient to cool them off. Master bathroom could use a makeup mirror. Other than those things i would definitely recommend this house and stay there again.

"This is a great house to take a vacation in. It is well kept up and had everything that we needed for a family get together. We were all in town for a celebration of life service for my mom, who recently passed away. There was plenty of room for family and friends to gather after the service. (I hope we didn't bother the neighbors too much. My family can get rather loud when we all get together.) If I ever get back to Bradenton for a vacation, I will definitely try to rent this house again. Thank you for putting some joy into this somber trip.

"This is a beautiful house! As much as the house is beautiful, the backyard is an oasis! I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. The pool was where we ended up spending most of our time! We had a hard time leaving that! Check in was so easy, management was proactive with checking to see if we wanted the heater turned on, also checked up on how things were once we arrived. Nice quiet neighborhood with very friendly people. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again! Anchor Down goes above and beyond the standards in both the home and the management! Thanks for making our week wonderful!

"A family friendly and safe neighborhood. This little house has lots of space and character. We were lucky to be there for Halloween, what a treat!! Great spot for family or just a little getaway for couples. Sleeps 8 easily and is close to grocery stores, beaches, shopping and plenty of restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again!
