Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if chilly days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"We were very happy with the rental. it was clean and the layout was excellent for a large family. it was well stocked unlike other places we've stayed (i.e. toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, laundry supplies). The neighborhood was quiet. The outside amenities were wonderful. We loved the house and would absolutely stay there again.

"It was a great place to stay for a family. We enjoyed the place specially the pool, we loved it so much. The management is very responsive to all our questions. And also shout out to Rich who came out even a last minute call in the evening during our stay to fix the A/C. He’s doing a great job! Definitely come back to this place or one of their properties soon.

"We are a family of 6 and this property worked great for us! The pool and movie room were a big hit. I love being able to pack less having a washer and dryer. Also having a fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher we were able to cook at the house and save some time and money. The kids loved being able to swim or watch a movie while we prepared meals. Would definitely stay here again!

"The property management group for this property was top notch. They were very quick in communicating with me and even got a grill for us since there wasn’t one there. The house is nice and the heated pool was nice. The house is in a neighborhood and the houses are very close together. The pool is not private as the neighbor was right there looking whenever they were outside. Also it is so minor but the pillow cases on the king bed did not fit and would come off at night.
