This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home comfortably sleeps 10 and is an excellent location for a Florida Vacation! The single-family home is located in Bradenton and is situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!

A Wave From It All is a very spacious home with plenty of room for entertaining and has a refreshing ocean vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events or just relaxing with your friends and family. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy cooking on the grill? A propane grill is available for use as well to complete the perfect BBQ!

The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge!

As part of the Sabal Harbour community, you'll have access to an array of fantastic amenities. Enjoy a friendly game of tennis or basketball on the community courts, take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic roads, or let the little ones have fun at the community playground. There's something for everyone to enjoy within the community.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the front of the property with a view of the pool and offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower and tub. The additional three bedrooms are located on the right side of the property. The two bunkrooms share a full bathroom and come equipped with twin over queen bunk beds. The rear bedroom offers a king bed as well as a separate bathroom that is shared with the exterior pool area. All of the bedrooms come with smart TVs for your enjoyment!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"House is exactly as listed. Rental company was very helpful and the check in and out process was superb. We had a very hot week and enjoyed many hours in the very clean pool and spa. The beach during week days was pretty empty it was like having the whole beach to ourselves. The house itself have everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for our group of 7. I would recommend this house and rental company to anyone coming to this area. We plan to make this our annual family event.

"We were very happy with the rental. it was clean and the layout was excellent for a large family. it was well stocked unlike other places we've stayed (i.e. toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, laundry supplies). The neighborhood was quiet. The outside amenities were wonderful. We loved the house and would absolutely stay there again.

"Beautiful place, had everything listed including some extras, very responsive to messages, was disappointed about late check in due to their cleaning crew but they were very apologetic, pool definitely isn’t warm even when heated in January (but does state this can happen just wouldn’t have paid the extra $125 for it cause kids never swam in it.) but the spa is nice and does warm up after about and hour or two. House is bigger than even expected very open and roomy and outside is spectacular even has a large lawn to play in.

"By far this is the nicest home we have ever booked. Our group was a mixed age group of three separate families, who were are all related to each other. We rented this home for a family member’s wedding and stayed for five nights. Our group was three seniors, two young adults and a child. Each of the three families had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The mutual space was roomy allowing for lots of group and private conversations, playing pool, swimming, sitting on the deck, and even sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The home’s amenities exceeded our expectations offering board games, swimming, hot tub, pool table, and everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were ample towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, lots of beach and pool towels, and extra blankets. The towels were thick and high quality and all linens were very nice. The washer and dryer and automatic ice maker came in very handy. We will rent this home again as we loved our stay. The management team was very attentive and checked in with us multiple times to assure we were content and all of our needs were being met. Don’t miss this one….it will blow you away and exceed your expectations. The pics and description don’t do this place justice. You really need to see this home to believe it. Book it, you won’t regret it! 😉
