ABOUT THIS SPACE Your own resort starts at the back slider. The screened lanai wraps a private pool and an octagon hot tub, both heated and ready year-round. The hot tub is a spa built into the pool — it heats hotter than the pool and bubbles gently with air rather than massage jets. Switch it on about an hour before you want to soak. Around the pool you'll find sun loungers, a cantilever umbrella for shade, and a covered dining table with a TV and ceiling fan for lunch out of the sun. After dark, the lights under the water glow blue and the whole cage feels like a small resort of your own.

Step past the cage and the fenced backyard keeps going: a propane fire pit ringed by eight Adirondack chairs, a putting green with flags, a rope hammock, cornhole, a wicker lounge set, and string lights that switch on at dusk. The gas grill sits right on the lanai, so the cook never misses the conversation.

Inside, the front of the home is one big game room — a full pool table under a hand-drawn ocean mural, a retro arcade cabinet, and a dining table for eight beneath a wall-sized wave. Rainy afternoons become tournaments. The living room brings everyone back together on a big sectional facing a smart TV, and the kitchen keeps up with a crowd: a large island, a Keurig plus a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, and a breakfast nook by the slider to the lanai.

The sleeping plan gives every group some breathing room. The master suite sits apart at the front with a king bed, a sitting chair, and an ensuite with a double vanity and garden tub. Across the house, two bunk rooms each have twin-over-queen bunk beds and their own smart TV — the kids pick sides, the turtle room or the crab room. The back bedroom has a second king and a bathroom that doubles as the pool bath. Pack 'n play and high chair are here for the little ones, and every bedroom has its own smart TV, so bedtime doesn't mean a fight over the remote.

Whole-house fast wifi runs at 1 Gbps, so remote work, streaming, and video calls all happen at once. Washer and dryer, board games, pool towels, and quality linens are all in place. A second fridge in the garage and a mini fridge on the back porch keep drinks cold without crowding the kitchen, so a week of groceries for ten people fits easily.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY: You're in Sabal Harbour, a quiet east-Bradenton neighborhood between Lakewood Ranch and the Gulf Beaches. Inside the community, a short stroll brings you to the community pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, and a playground. Guests with kids tell us the park is one of their favorite surprises.

Grab the beach gear from the garage — two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a wagon — and head out to enjoy the Gulf beaches!

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR: Families with kids: bunk beds, a game room for rainy days, and a pool the kids won't leave. Multi-generation trips: grandparents take the quiet master suite, the kids take the bunks. Dog owners: pets are welcome with approval, and the backyard is fenced. Friends' getaways: three couples, three bathrooms, and a hot tub for the last word of the night. IMG Academy and tournament families: 15 minutes to campus with room for the whole team's parents. Snowbirds and remote workers: long stays welcome, fast wifi, and a heated pool in January. This home sleeps 10 across four bedrooms, with three full bathrooms, so mornings move fast even with a full house.

GUEST ACCESS: Check in on your own with the smart lock — your door code arrives before you do. The whole home is yours: pool deck, lanai, backyard, fire pit, putting green, game room, and garage. As a guest you also get the Sabal Harbour community amenities. A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras cover the entry points and gates only.

PARKING: Park up to 3 vehicles total, including the garage. There's no room for boats or trailers. The garage also holds a second fridge for drinks and your beach gear, so loading up for the beach takes two minutes.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in is after 4 PM, checkout by 10 AM. Up to 10 guests. We're pet friendly with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet. No parties or events without approval. Quiet music after 10 PM — the neighbors will thank you. Smoking outdoors only. Please clean the grill after each use. The pool heat is included; it tops out at 85°F and runs near 76°F on cold winter days.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"This home was a great stay for all of our family! Everyone had their own spaces & great entertainment on rainy days with the pool table. The pool was kept very clean & dining table accomodated extended family coming over for dinners. Thank you for being good hosts to fix & replace an intermittent smoke alarm blaring one night the very next day so it wouldn't happen again.

"This home is beautiful. We loved the idea that we could all stay in our own 'wing' of the house, which made it feel more private. The common areas were very comfortable, and we loved the pool, and hot tub. With three couples, it was great to all have our own bathroom. There are a few things to note: This home is managed by a management company, so those little extra 'personal touches' that you get with a private listing, were noticeably missing (a guest book, basket of snacks, coffee pods, etc.). Also, the pool and hot tub were turned off when we arrived, and the instructions were confusing. The management company sorted us out, but we were unable to use the pool or hot tub for the first two days of our stay. Also, if you want to use the hot tub, it needs to be turned on an hour before getting in, so plan ahead. We loved being able to park in the garage, and they left the garage door opener inside for us to use. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

"This was a beautiful home and it was perfect for our family. A lot of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were our favorite. Our boys loved the basketball hoop in the pool. We also enjoyed the park. It was very close and just a short walk from the house. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

"This house was an absolute gem! Super clean, beautifully set up, and in a perfect location — close to everything from grocery stores to emergency snack runs (which, if you have kids, you know is critical). The host was awesome and incredibly responsive — replies came faster than my kids racing to claim the top bunk.Speaking of the kids, they loved the pool, the pool table, and especially the Pac-man game. I’m not saying they tried to set up permanent residency in by the pool table and Pac-man game, but we may or may not have had to negotiate screen time with pizza bribes.The only hiccup during our stay was the trash situation — the bins were full when we arrived. Totally understand that trash day is a thing, and we don’t mind wheeling them down, but it would've been nice to start the trip with a clean slate (and clean cans). Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker — just a minor wrinkle in an otherwise fantastic stay.All in all, this place was great for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again (especially if the aPac-man machine survives my kids).

"House is exactly as listed. Rental company was very helpful and the check in and out process was superb. We had a very hot week and enjoyed many hours in the very clean pool and spa. The beach during week days was pretty empty it was like having the whole beach to ourselves. The house itself have everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for our group of 7. I would recommend this house and rental company to anyone coming to this area. We plan to make this our annual family event.

"We were very happy with the rental. it was clean and the layout was excellent for a large family. it was well stocked unlike other places we've stayed (i.e. toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, laundry supplies). "Beautiful place, had everything listed including some extras, very responsive to messages, was disappointed about late check in due to their cleaning crew but they were very apologetic, pool definitely isn’t warm even when heated in January (but does state this can happen just wouldn’t have paid the extra $125 for it cause kids never swam in it.) but the spa is nice and does warm up after about and hour or two. House is bigger than even expected very open and roomy and outside is spectacular even has a large lawn to play in.

"By far this is the nicest home we have ever booked. Our group was a mixed age group of three separate families, who were are all related to each other. We rented this home for a family member’s wedding and stayed for five nights. Our group was three seniors, two young adults and a child. Each of the three families had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The mutual space was roomy allowing for lots of group and private conversations, playing pool, swimming, sitting on the deck, and even sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The home’s amenities exceeded our expectations offering board games, swimming, hot tub, pool table, and everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were ample towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, lots of beach and pool towels, and extra blankets. The towels were thick and high quality and all linens were very nice. The washer and dryer and automatic ice maker came in very handy. We will rent this home again as we loved our stay. The management team was very attentive and checked in with us multiple times to assure we were content and all of our needs were being met. Don’t miss this one….it will blow you away and exceed your expectations. The pics and description don’t do this place justice. You really need to see this home to believe it. Book it, you won’t regret it! 😉
