This gorgeous property has been completely renovated – inside and out, all designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Your own gated, private estate! This enormous property boasts 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 3 half baths, game room, private pool, three-hole putting green, and an outdoor kitchen.

A large circular driveway leads you to the unique, lovely double doors of the main house where you will find a large dining room and combined kitchen that overlooks the pool and gorgeous courtyard. The dining room table seats ten and the large kitchen bar seats even more. The kitchen has all new state-of-the-art appliances and everything else you will need to prepare gourmet meals.

This house is designed for entertaining lots of family and friends! The kitchen and dining room with a half bath are conveniently located in the middle of this sprawling home. One side features a master suite with private gorgeous bath, and three bedrooms that share a large full bath. The other side includes a bunk room, full bath, and enormous game room.

Follow the winding shell stone path to discover the guest house with three bedrooms all featuring beautiful ensuite full baths. Add the additional half bath, large kitchen bar with seating and you have the perfect retreat for parents, grandparents, or teenagers who want a place to hang out. Each bedroom has its own outside entrance with seating on the patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap.

The jewel of this estate is the slice of paradise between the main house and the guest house. Surrounded by lush landscaping and towering palms, this secluded, tranquil haven makes the perfect spot for entertaining or just relaxing. The oversized pool is surrounded by a patio and a courtyard of shell stone. Need a little shade or a beverage, amble over to the gazebo and grab a cold drink from the outdoor kitchen and a seat at the surrounding bar. Keep the kids busy and the adults too with the 3-hole golf putting green. A gorgeous pool bath and outdoor shower have been added for your convenience. After you have grilled the perfect steaks on the large grill, the day is done and you’re ready to relax for the evening, sink into the bubbling seven-person hot tub.

The massive game room is perfect for entertaining the young and not so young – something for everyone! Relax in comfortable recliners while watching the four TV’s. The laundry room in the main house has an additional full-size refrigerator and washer and dryer. The guest house also has a full-size washer and dryer. To make sure your beverages are always cold, the property also has two two-drawer refrigerators, two beverage coolers and the guest house has an additional smaller refrigerator.

The expansive parking area is beyond compare – large circular driveway for basic parking or enter through the double gates in the front and exit out the back through the additional gate. Plenty of parking for your RV or boat.

Enormous and perfect!

"We stayed here with 6 families for a soccer event. We dubbed the property, “The Compound.” it was perfect for our needs! Beautiful, brand new, updated fixtures, and finishes. Kitchens were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. It was only 15 minutes from IMG Academy, which was our main goal. The outdoor space was enormous and perfect! The only thing was the sprinklers ran 24 hours a day and there was a pretty gnarly smell. But I don’t think the property owners have any control over the smell. We never had to reach out to the owners except for one time to tell them the property was amazing. We will definitely be booking this next year!

Wonderful Wedding Experience

"We visited Bradenton for a wedding and reception for about 60 people. We ended up finding out that we were allowed to have a reception at the house and it was the perfect fit. Twenty of us stayed at the house, we had our ceremony on Holmes Beach and then came back to the house for a reception. There was plenty of room for the DJ, Caterers, bar items, tables, etc. it was literally perfect for our day. We are so thankful for all of the amenities and the memories we were able to make using this property! We will be back.

"We paid a little more than usual and were not disappointed. This is a very very nice property. There is plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, a huge, well-equipped kitchen, very large indoor and outdoor dining space. Any concerns were addressed immediately by the management company. It’s a great location for walking or riding bikes. Everything is updated and all the beds we used were comfortable. There is a main house and guest house. So much room. It was wonderful!!

"This property was perfect for us. We are a group of 5 senior couples. Everyone wanted a “master” bedroom and private bathroom. Between the main house and the guest house we were able to achieve that. The large outdoor area was so nice with a grill, plenty of seating, pool , hot tub , outdoor bathroom and putting green. The Osprey nest was an added bonus!! The kitchen is very large and well stocked so we were able to enjoy several meals at home. There was plenty of parking and many seating areas so we could be together and also have some privacy. The outdoor style is like an old Florida house but everything inside was updated. The area is great for walking and biking. Desota park, Publix, and target are within walking distance. The management company was easily accessible and were quick to respond. We all agreed this was the best place we’ve stayed in years. .

Excellent Property for a Large Group

"This property suited our large group very well. It feels like a contained private compound being surrounded by a cement wall, and in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, lots of bathrooms and the best equipped VRBO that we have ever stayed in, including kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, appliances beach towels, and indoor towels. The outdoor space is large and very enjoyable. Lots of tables, chairs, lounges. A large pool, separate hot tub, putting green, covered barbecue area including sink and refrigerators, and the grassed area allowed for our large group enjoy a lot of fun and laughs. The games room is large and equipped with pool table, foosball table, and large TV with plenty of seating. Location is close to anything you need and near beach areas. The very few issues we had were addressed very promptly. Overall the property and management company get 5 stars.

"Plenty of space for our party of 13 plus our beloved pet! Kitchen had all we needed. Place was clean and well kept. Loved that they had a vacuum on hand for mid week cleanups. The linens and soaps were above and beyond and much appreciated. Loved the generous fridge and pantry space!! The door locks (not sure directions were thorough enough) and guest house wifi proved tricky, but overall this place was perfect for what we wanted and needed, a large space to hang out with lots of privacy in a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood.

"Great place. Had just about everything. Lots of room for everyone. We had 10 people in our group and we didn’t use 3 bedrooms!! The main Kitchen was fully equipped. We never used the kitchen in the guest house. Outdoor kitchen area was great!! We hardly left the place! Kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room. Keep in mind this has a main house with a rather large guest house. Everyone had their own space! Publix is 5 mins away. Anna Marie island took over an hour to get there with traffic. Bummer. Could use some cheaper coolers to keep bevs on ice around the pool. We left a cheaper corn hole set there. We like throwing bags and drinking beer! No see em bugs were bad. Bring bug spray. Great place and recommend it!! Maybe some bicycles would be a great addition too.

"The house was perfect, well equipped kitchens and outdoor areas including beach supplies. Our ONLY complaint was the pool temp. It shows it’s heated however we weren’t able to use the pool a few days due to being freezing. Not entirely their fault but if you’re booking during a time that’s not summer keep that in mind. Loved every room of the house. Almost every bedroom had a personal bathroom which was amazing for our group of 17. Everything worked, and functioned as it should. Definitely hoping to book this house again for future stays!

Soccer Tournament Getaway

"Our group traveled to Bradenton for a soccer tournament. We had a large group to accommodate. The house was the perfect size for what we needed, and for a large group. Everything was clean and new. We could tell it was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The large eating areas (inside and out) are great for groups. There is a lot of storage and space to spread out. The game room, pool and hot tub were great for entertaining the kids and parents. It allowed us to spend most of our time at the house (besides the soccer fields) The house is extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed. The extra fridge in the laundry room was perfect and needed for this large of a group. There was a pack and play and a high chair for the little one in our group. A couple things to note: -there are beach chairs outside in storage (we did not find those until the last day) - there is a lot of tupperware, which was amazing since we were doing a lot of cooking and storing - bug spray, one night we got a lot of bites outside We will be booking this house early for next year! Thanks.
